Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification 
  • Data research – initial phase and ongoing for any updates from university partners, agency partners
  • Data mining for website development – initial phase 
  • Data mining for website development – initial phase
  • Handling incoming telephonic enquiries and lead management
  • Engaging the prospective students for overseas education
  • Follow-up with the student
  • Resolving the student queries and handling their concerns
  • Assisting the students in choosing desired institutions (University), encouraging them to upload documents, engaging with them and correspond with them regularly
  • Maintaining the communication with students through digital and telephonic channels
  • Providing over the phone, utmost and superior quality guidance to students and their parents, if required
  • Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies
  • Coordinating with students & internal admissions backend team and senior management
  • Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students
  • Undergo training & give shadow training to new team members
  • Attending the university training & workshops, if required and from time to time
